This is one of my families all time favorite dinners! It’s easy, cheap, and doesn’t take long to cook. I also like to think it’s a little healthier than most lasagnas out there because of the spinach!
What I love most about this recipe is that it can be:
- You can make it earlier in the day and throw it in the oven later
- It can also be put in the freezer for meal prep for another night
- It’s so easy to give to someone who needs a meal!
Lasagna Rolls
Serving size: Makes about 8 Rolls
- 2 cups of Ricotta
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan
- 1 cup of mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 8 Lasagna noddles
- 1 lb of beef (or any ground meet)
- Prego sauce
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the noodles for 12 minutes in boiling water. While the noodles are cooking, cook the beef with some olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Then in a bowl combine cheeses, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix together well.
