Summer is almost here and so are our summer vacations! I seriously LOVE going somewhere sunny and warm, especially after a long winter. If you happen to be off to somewhere warm and sunny this year, there are a few style must haves (in my opinion) that you should defiantly take with you. I have taken these items with my on my vacations and I have absolutely loved them.
Beach Hat
I don’t know about you all, but I always wondered how people pack beach hats! Like, how do you not squish it in your bag? Do you buy another carrier just to bring hats in, and if you do, do you have to pay extra for another bag? Well I found the perfect at to take so you don’t have to pack an extra bag!
This hat rolls right up and even has an elastic to make sure it stays in place. When you want to wear it, just unroll it and velcro the bow in the back! Super cute and easy to take with you to your destination. They also come in TONS of different colors if you’d rather have black, white, another beige color and more!
Wet Bags
These come in handy SO much while you are on vacation, especially if you are on the go with kids.
These come with two wet bags and the perfect thing to hold your wet swim suits and/or diapers. I brought these with us to Hawaii and they were a life saver! We would shower and change and the beaches because we wouldn’t head back the house until the end of the day, so it was the perfect thing to store wet swim suits and diapers until you can find a garbage or something!
Water Proof Bag
This bag is WAY hardy. If you like to river raft or really anything with lots of water, this is for you.
If you are going on a really outdoorsy trip (even if you’re not) this is the perfect bag to take with you. It keeps everything in it dry and it can store a TON of stuff. I think I got the larger 30L and it was the perfect thing to take with us while we were outdoors.
Also a plus, this comes with a waterproof phone case! Which is also super handy if you want to take photos/videos while your outdoors.
It’s not all that cute, but it works really good for a beach bag!
Rash guard
If you need an affordable rash guard to help protect your skin from the sun, you’ve found it.
This has been one of my favorite rash guards I’ve owned. Its light weight and super comfortable. I also love how it inches on the sides to make it a little more flattering but not skin tight.
It runs true to size! I got a medium and it fit me perfectly. They usually keep these well stocked as well. I got the white color because I felt it would go with more of my swimsuits, but they have a bunch of colors!
Ocean Potion
This is a MUST for me!
This is one of my absolute go to’s for summer. It’s a aloe lotion that works wonders on your skin after you’ve been in the sun. I remember one summer I got really sun burned, and this stuff helped SO much! The lotion gives off a cooling sensation, and also helping your skin not to peel.
Not only does it help sun burns, but it also helps keep your tan after you’ve been in the sun. It’s a win win!
